Milly's Nursery School provides care and learning for children aged from 2 years old to school age. We offer both term time and full year contracts (50 weeks a year) as we recognise that many families need more childcare than is met by school hours. Our hours are flexible so you decide what is best for you. We open at 8am each morning and close at 6pm allowing you to do a full day at work. Whether you require full days or part days, Milly's Nursery School is able to meet the needs of your child. 

If you qualify for free hours, the 30 hour free entitlement begins in September 2017 for 3 and 4 year olds.

By building a positive relationship with you, we support both you and your child as they will trust us if they see that you are comfortable at the setting too. You are welcome to stay and play and to speak to staff at any time. Our high staff ratios allow us time to chat with you when you need us. We have a variety of ways to communicate with each other including parent meetings, text and email. 

A key person is allocated to each family so you have a member of staff always on hand who knows about you and your child. We use Tapestry, a secure online learning journal that you can access at any time to keep up to date with your child's developments. Add photos and observations yourself to build a history of your child's early years. Working together we can build a picture of your child's interests, needs and abilities and tailor an exciting and challenging curriculum for them.
